Client Requirements
The specification was for an Oak Balcony on a luxury eight million pound build.
Towering in at 3 stories tall with glazing details, and a gallery landing at the top floor this was in impressive project.
It required close attention to aesthetics as it would be a stand out building overlooking the River Dee and Wales.
Our Solution
Our design team worked alongside the contractor to create this luxury Oak Balcony and Frame for the new build.
It was then was manufactured in house and delivered to the site.
Results
As a result this was then a straightforward installation by the contractor onsite.
All Frames are delivered in kit form to guarantee perfect installation every time.
