Client Requirements
The specification was for a oak balcony on a luxury eight million pound build. The balcony was 3 stories tall with associated glazing detail to form an impressive architectural feature inside the property with a gallery landing all the way up. It needed to be aesthetically pleasing and was to be a high performance part of a top end residential build in a stunning location overlooking the River Dee and Wales.
Our Solution
Our design team worked alongside the contractor to create this beautiful oak balcony and frame. It was then was manufactured in house and delivered to the site. As a result this was then a straightforward installation by the contractor onsite.
